Stewardship of donor trust starts with stewardship of donor data.
A breach at a nonprofit is more than a cybersecurity incident — it's a breach of donor trust that took years to build. Inevat's managed IT stack gives nonprofits the same enterprise security posture used by for-profit organizations, configured for nonprofit budgets and the way nonprofits actually run: small staff, mixed volunteer/employee access, and constant pressure to direct resources to the mission, not the back office.
Donor Data Protection
Layered security around your CRM, accounting platform, and giving systems — backup, access control, and monitoring designed to protect the data your donors entrusted you with.

Inevat sources nonprofit pricing for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, deploys them properly, and manages user accounts as staff and volunteers come and go — so licensing dollars stretch and security stays consistent.

Every nonprofit endpoint — staff laptop, volunteer workstation, board member device accessing your network — gets the same enterprise EDR coverage. Standing on its own, no in-house IT required.
Explore EDREmail & Phishing Protection
Phishing attacks against nonprofits often impersonate donors, board members, or grant officers. Inevat layers email security and ongoing training to block the lures and prepare your team for the ones that get through.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing or discounts?
We use the nonprofit licensing programs that exist — Microsoft 365 nonprofit plans, Google for Nonprofits, TechSoup discounts on hardware and software — and pass those savings through to your contract. Our managed IT services themselves are priced for the nonprofit budget context, but we don't run two pricing sheets; we run one that reflects what the work actually costs.
How do you handle our donor CRM and accounting platforms?
We support the IT environment around them — endpoints, network, identity, backup. Common nonprofit platforms (Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, DonorPerfect, Bloomerang, Neon, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct) integrate fine with managed identity (Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace), and we keep the IT layer reliable. We don't replace those platform vendors but we coordinate when issues span both.
What about volunteers and board members who use their own devices?
We can provide light-touch enrollment for board members and key volunteers — encrypted access to specific resources without taking over their personal devices. Staff devices get full management; non-staff get more targeted controls (MFA, conditional access, app-level data protection) so the security boundary is appropriate to their access level.
How do we satisfy grant-related cybersecurity requirements?
Many federal grants and major foundations now reference cybersecurity controls — MFA, data protection, employee training, incident response — as conditions or reporting requirements. Our compliance program maintains the documentation and evidence those funders ask about. The same managed IT stack that protects you also generates the artifacts your grants administrator needs.
What happens if we have a data incident affecting donor information?
Our incident response process applies the same to nonprofits as to for-profits — investigation, containment, breach determination, notification timelines (which can be state-specific), and post-incident reporting. For donor data specifically, the reputational stakes are unusually high, so we treat communication with affected donors and your board as part of the response work, not just the technical remediation.
