Connect the Systems Your Business Actually Runs On.
When the systems your team uses every day don't talk to each other, you end up with copy-paste workflows, exported spreadsheets, and a steady tax on everyone's time. Inevat builds the integrations and automations that make those systems work as one — so the data flows where it needs to without anyone having to move it manually.

Custom integrations that connect the platforms you already use.
Most businesses end up running 6 to 15 critical systems — CRM, accounting, ERP, project management, support ticketing, line-of-business software for their industry. The systems are individually fine; the problem is the gaps between them. Inevat closes those gaps with custom integrations that move data, trigger actions, and surface information where your team actually does work — without forcing migrations away from the tools that already work.
Business System Integrations
Connecting CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Redtail), accounting (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite), ERP, project management, and line-of-business software so customer records, invoices, and project data stay in sync without manual re-entry.
Industry-Specific APIs
Real-estate platforms, healthcare APIs, practice management systems, MLS feeds, custodian portals — we've built integrations into platforms most generic dev shops have never heard of.
Webhooks & Event Automation
Event-driven workflows that fire when something happens — a deal closes, an invoice is paid, a ticket is filed — and automatically trigger downstream actions in other systems. The work happens; nobody has to remember to do it.
Data Sync & Reporting
One-way or bidirectional data sync between platforms so each team works in the tool that fits them while the underlying data stays consistent. Plus reporting pipelines that pull from multiple systems into a single dashboard.
Custom APIs & Internal Tools
When the integration calls for something that doesn't already exist — a custom API endpoint, an internal admin tool, a small app to handle a workflow your software doesn't support — we build it cleanly and document it so the next person inherits something maintainable.
Secure by Default
Integrations handle credentials, customer data, and business operations. Ours are built with proper secret management, audit logging, retry handling, and the security posture you'd expect from a managed IT and cybersecurity company.
We already manage the systems we're integrating.
Most integration projects fail not in the code but in the operational handoff — credentials get rotated and the integration breaks, a vendor changes their API, the original developer leaves and nobody knows how to debug the failure. Inevat is different: we already manage your environment. The integrations we build run inside the same environment we monitor 24/7. When a vendor API changes or a credential needs rotating, we know — and fix it — before it becomes an outage.
- Project-based pricing — quoted, scoped, and delivered without a recurring tax
- Source code and documentation handed over to the client at completion
- Optional ongoing maintenance contracts for integrations that need active support
- Security review of every integration as part of the build process
- Tied to your managed IT environment, monitored alongside the rest of your stack

What kinds of integrations do you actually build?
Anything that connects two or more business systems and replaces a manual workflow. Common examples: CRM-to-accounting sync, project-management-to-time-tracking automation, custodian-portal-to-CRM data flow for financial advisors, MLS data into real estate platforms, healthcare records into reporting systems. We've worked with general-purpose APIs and industry-specific ones.
How do you scope and price integration projects?
Project-based, not per-user. The first conversation is a scoping discussion — what systems, what data, what events should trigger what actions, what edge cases need handling. From that we produce a written scope with milestones and a fixed quote. We don't bill hourly; we bill for the deliverable.
Who owns the code when the project is done?
You do. Source code, documentation, deployment instructions, and credentials get handed over at project completion. We'll happily continue to maintain it for you — many clients keep us on a maintenance arrangement — but ownership is yours from day one.
What about ongoing maintenance after the integration is live?
Vendor APIs change. Credentials rotate. Your business needs evolve. Most integrations want some ongoing maintenance, and we offer two models: time-and-materials (you call us when something breaks) or a maintenance retainer (proactive monitoring, vendor API change tracking, and updates as your needs shift). The retainer is usually the better deal for integrations that are operationally critical.
Can you integrate with platform X if you've never worked with it before?
Almost always. The pattern of API integration work is consistent across platforms even when the specifics differ — auth, rate limits, data shape, error handling. If a platform has a documented API or even an undocumented one we can reverse-engineer cleanly, we can build against it. We'll tell you up front during scoping if a particular system has limitations that make integration impractical.
Why use Inevat instead of a generic dev shop?
Two reasons. First, we already manage your environment — so the integration runs inside infrastructure we know, with credentials we manage, monitored alongside the rest of your stack. When something breaks in two years, you don't have to find the original developer. Second, security: integrations move sensitive data, and we build them with the same security posture we apply to the rest of your IT, not the security afterthought common in agency dev work.
