AI Consulting & Adoption

Put AI to Work in Your Business — Without Putting Your Business at Risk.

Every business owner is hearing the same thing: you should be using AI. Almost nobody is telling you how to do it safely. Inevat helps businesses adopt AI the right way — assess where it will actually pay off, prepare your data and permissions first, deploy tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot properly, and train your team to use them well.

What We Do

AI consulting built for how businesses actually operate.

You don't need a data science team or a six-figure transformation project. You need someone who knows your systems, your data, and your team — and can tell you honestly which AI tools will save you hours, which ones are hype, and what has to be fixed before any of them touch your company data.

AI Readiness Assessment

Before any tool gets deployed, we map where AI can actually help — and what stands in the way. That means reviewing your data organization, file permissions, security posture, and workflows, then handing you a prioritized plan instead of a sales pitch.

AI Strategy & Roadmap

Which use cases first? Which tools? Build or buy? We rank the opportunities by payoff and effort — drafting proposals, summarizing meetings, answering customer email, automating data entry — and sequence them into a roadmap your team can absorb.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Deployment

Copilot surfaces everything a user technically has access to — which makes years of loose file permissions a problem overnight. We clean up permissions first, then handle licensing, rollout, and configuration so Copilot helps your team without exposing your data.

AI Policy & Governance

Your employees are already using AI — the only question is whether it's governed. We write your acceptable-use policy, set up guardrails against pasting sensitive data into public chatbots, and keep AI usage inside your compliance requirements.

AI-Powered Automation

The biggest wins are usually custom: AI that drafts responses from your knowledge base, classifies incoming requests, extracts data from documents, or connects to your line-of-business systems. We design and build these automations as scoped projects.

Team Training & Enablement

Tools don't produce ROI — people using them well do. We train your team on practical, role-specific AI workflows, effective prompting, and the judgment calls: what to trust, what to verify, and what should never go into a chatbot.

Why Inevat for AI

AI adoption is a security project first. That's our home field.

Most AI consultants can demo a chatbot. Very few can audit your file permissions, secure your Microsoft 365 tenant, and keep your compliance intact while they deploy. Inevat is a managed IT and cybersecurity company — we already run the environments AI tools plug into, so we know exactly what your data looks like, where the risks are, and how to open the door to AI without opening it to everyone else.

  • Permission and data hygiene review before any AI tool touches your files
  • Vendor-neutral recommendations — we sell outcomes, not licenses
  • Governance and acceptable-use policy included, not an afterthought
  • Deployment, training, and ongoing management under one roof
  • Compliance-aware: HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, and cyber insurance requirements respected

Start with a readiness assessment.

Tell us how your business runs today. We'll show you where AI genuinely pays off, what needs to be fixed first, and what it will take to get there — in plain English, with no obligation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What business owners ask about AI consulting.

What does an AI consultant actually do for a business?

Three things: figure out where AI genuinely saves you time or money (and where it's hype), get your environment ready so AI tools can be used safely, and then deploy, govern, and train. For most of our clients that looks like a readiness assessment, a permissions cleanup, a Microsoft 365 Copilot or automation rollout, a written AI policy, and hands-on training for the team.

Is it safe to give AI tools access to our company data?

It can be — if it's done deliberately. Business-grade tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot keep your data inside your own tenant and don't train on it. The real risk is usually internal: Copilot surfaces anything a user technically has access to, so years of loose file permissions become visible overnight. That's why we audit and fix permissions before deployment, not after something leaks.

Should we use Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or something else?

It depends on the work. Copilot shines when the value is in your own data — documents, email, meetings, Teams. ChatGPT and Claude business plans are often better for general drafting, analysis, and research, and cost less per seat. Many clients end up with a mix, plus custom automation where the ROI is biggest. We're vendor-neutral: we recommend what fits, not what we resell.

Our employees are already using AI tools on their own. Is that a problem?

It's the most common problem we find. Unmanaged AI use — often called shadow AI — means company data is being pasted into free consumer chatbots that may retain or train on it, with no policy, no logging, and no offboarding. The fix isn't banning AI; it's giving your team sanctioned tools that are actually better, backed by a clear acceptable-use policy and technical guardrails.

How much does AI consulting cost?

The readiness assessment and roadmap is a fixed-price engagement, so you know the number before we start. From there, costs depend on what you pursue: Copilot deployment is priced per rollout plus licensing, custom automation is quoted as a scoped project, and governance and training are typically bundled in. We'll give you real numbers at the consultation — no surprise invoices.

Do we need to be an Inevat managed IT client to use this?

No. We take AI consulting engagements on their own, and the assessment is often how businesses first work with us. That said, clients on our managed IT plans get more out of it — we already know their environment, permissions, and compliance requirements, so AI work starts faster and the tools stay monitored and managed after deployment.
